Planning Your Adventure Birthday Party

Congratulations on scheduling your Adventure Birthday Party!

Please fill out the form below to schedule a time to meet with us and plan your party details.

At that time you will be able to choose your theme, decide which craft your child would like to create, which movement the group would enjoy, and add options like catering for the kids and/or adults.

Here are some helpful tips to ensure your child has their Best Day Ever!

  • Arrive just 10min prior to the start of the party.

  • Guests can pre-register and sign their waiver online before the date of the party.

  • Socks are required in Pebble Park for both children and adults.

  • No outside food is allowed in the center.

  • Event parent is responsible for additional event guests. An additional $50.00 will be due if you go over the room capacity (standard room holds 15 children / PLUS room holds 25 children)

  • Full payment MUST be made 15 days prior to event, Questers’ Way reserves the right to refund your deposit and cancel your event.

  • Catering must be submitted 15 days prior to the event. Late requests may be accepted at an additional $1.00 charge per person.

  • We ask that parents bring personal belongings (ie. coats/purses, etc) to the front of the center when the children go to Pebble Park as you won’t be returning to the room after.

  • A Questers’ Way team member will assist loading gifts to your vehicle, we just ask that you pull up to the front entrance after the party.

  • Sit back and enjoy!

Please note: We would like to take care of the remaining balance for your party no later than 15 days prior to the date of your event. If payment isn’t made, Questers’ Way reserves the right to cancel your event and return your deposit. The day of the party we want to make sure we can focus completely on making this your Best Day Ever, so we like to make sure that everything is taken care of in advance.
